Hi. This is my first smartwatch so I can't compare to others, but for me, rise-to-wake mode is working not properly. Sometimes the screen shows when I shake my wrist a bit (alwayson screen is off), but the bigger problem is, when I normally rise my hand - the screen is still blind (even if i try to rise couple of times). Question to 5 pro users: do you have the same problem? Sensitivity is adjustable?

Hi @DanielPlich I can't say I've had that issue with my Watch5 Pro.

When I raise my arm, I also turn my wrist towards me, and that is when the watch wakes up.

If you're raising your arm slowly and gently, perhaps this might be why it doesn't register?

I don't see any options for sensitivity.

It's doesn't matter if I'm rising slow, fast, gently or not - in 90% situations display is still blind. Maybe I should turn my wrist like you said. I'll try whole day tomorrow - thanks for advice 🙂

You're welcome.
Hopefully it's just a matter of some wrist action and generally getting used to it, as you mentioned it's your first smart watch.

Unfortunately doesn't work ☹️ I can't attach video, but it's doesn't matter how I'm rising my hand, the screen is still blind. I'll send error report

Hi @DanielPlich, thanks for reaching out. I suggest sending an error report via the Galaxy Wearable app for this to be looked into.

To send an error report for a wearable, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
  2. In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
  3. Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.
  4. Click send.
