WearablesWhen I raise my arm, I also turn my wrist towards me, and that is when the watch wakes up.
If you're raising your arm slowly and gently, perhaps this might be why it doesn't register?
I don't see any options for sensitivity.

WearablesHopefully it's just a matter of some wrist action and generally getting used to it, as you mentioned it's your first smart watch.

WearablesHi @DanielPlich, thanks for reaching out. I suggest sending an error report via the Galaxy Wearable app for this to be looked into.
To send an error report for a wearable, follow these steps:
- Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
- In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
- Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.
- Click send.
