Hi,

I just received my Galaxy Watch 7. One of the reasons I bought it was for the sleep apnea detection function. There is no guidance as to how this works. The manual suggests that there should be a sleep apnea button in the health monitoring app (along with blood pressure and blood oxygen buttons). The manual says to tap on the sleep apnea feature button and follow the on screen instructions. That's all good if there was a sleep apnea button but there is not.

Does anyone know how this feature is supposed to work?

Try updating your samsung health app. This feature was only released recently, so it is possible that an update has been released with the feature enabled.

Has it been confirmed that the feature is live in Australia yet?

I only have two buttons (Blood pressure & ECG). I don't have the Sleep apnea button either. I'm in Switzerland. No idea if it is because of restrictions in certain countries?

No option in the UK either and all my apps are up to date.

Same here in Australia. No mention of sleep apnea in the onboarding screens or apps

Looks like false advertising if it cannot be used in Europe and Australia. I'm in Australia and I upgraded based on this Apnea option. Looks like the usual favourite countries like USA and South Korea get the full experience at a cheaper price compared to places like Australia that charge $1500 for the ultra watch at retail price after the preorder honeymoon is over while getting less privileges and only getting 2 thirds of the experience.

Yes come on Samsung Australia, we paid for your newest and greatest and yet you crimp our features here in Australia. In addition to sleep appeals, we are missing the irregular heart rhythm warning as well.

It's likely not Samsung holding it back, it would be the governing medical body that needs to approve it's use in Australia.

Hello Everyone as advised by others, my Samsung Health Monitor already up-to date, but not seeing the  Sleep Apnea App in Samsung Health Monitor. I am from India and using Galaxy Watch Ultra. Please advise if anything else needs to be done for the app
