Giving my Galaxy watch 7 away. Samsung need to really step up a long way with their watches. Even turning most functions off you get a 24hr charge and use at best. Recently bought a Garmin and am getting 13 to 20 days use from just one charge. Samsung. If you want to compete with smart watches and wearables you really need to up your game a real lot. Especially at the price you are charging for them.

Only being honest. Galaxy 7 watch, if I wear it to bed to monitor sleep I have to recharge in the morning and then again before bed or it will go flat while sleeping. Garmin watch doesn't need recharging for over a week sometimes over 2weeks. Battery life is everything these days

Fair enough. Everyone is allowed opinions 😊 don't know too much about garmin watches but not a big fan as I prefer the samsung ones in looks and also had not cause me an issue with battery as such. Mind you I don't track sleep. Maybe too many apps running in the background? Either way, I guess, as technology moves, everything improves and samsung gets you back soon 😊😊

Like you say everyone has different tastes. Garmin have a large selection not just one a year with different size faces. Garmin have way more functions that samsung. And you can run every function all day and get over one week charge minimum. So to me, makes more sense to buy Garmin for not just functionality but a wider range of appealing appearances. They are very good looking watches.

Yeah I have to agree that they need to lift their game with watches. I am not saying these are bad watches (I think the designs themselves are just fine) but they just don't seem to perform as well as they could and should. Real world battery life is not great and, perhaps even more concerning, the accuracy has never been great (and it doesn't tend to improve much from generation to generation).
