WearablesHi @Rabiaub, that's strange. Please try the following steps:
1. Watch software update
2. Galaxy wearable update on your mobile
3. Restart both mobile and watch.
If the issue persists, I suggest sending through an error report for this to be investigated.
To send an error report for a wearable, follow these steps:
- Go to Galaxy Wearables app > click on the device desired on the side menu
- In the side menu, tap Contact us > Error reports (in the Get help section)
- Fill in details and the frequency of the issue that you have with the wearable.
- Click send.

WearablesThanks for the follow ups Samsung. I think I have worked out my issues.
Turns out removing some of my wrist hair has fixed the "issue" completely...
They must've got that little bit too long causing the sensor not to read. Since clipping down hairs where the watch meets the wrist I haven't had an issue. I 😂😂
Thanks again.
