WearablesI bought because of LTE that can connect me to my telco and allow me to go exercise without my phone.
Now it's not compatible to Digi Airsim.
I feel like cheated.
Samsung, you should test the network compatibility and don't lure us into believe something fake!!!

Wearables1st time confirming it's compatible and refer me to another outlet. And said will provide me with a report number to give to the staff there. I waited 2 days no number given. I went and it's not digi centre, but dealer.
2nd time, I called helpline and said only esim need to visit center, but airsim don't need. Can be activated online. Just wait for the auto billing to wipe off my monthly charges then I can do it. Last night auto billing triggered and I wait till this morning try pair again and failed.

WearablesI've tried calling using my watch, I switched off my phone for this test and the watch works, able to call out and receive a call.

As per our understanding, it should already have been activated based on their website: https://help.celcomdigi.com/support/solutions/articles/70000639653-digi-airsim-number-share
As shared by @horizoner, there are no issues with registration and usage, this could be a temporary hiccup at telco's end as our watches are LTE-ready.
