My galaxy buds+ left buds is not working

Hello. Can someonw help me? My galaxy buds left buds is not working, it is not connecting, Ive tried connecting it to other phone but it doesn't work, also ive tried different reset and installing, ive reset the galaxy wearables and upair in my bluetooth but it still doesnt work.

when I bought mine, i had this issue. So I took it to the service center and they told me that there were batches of buds that had a software issue. They updated my bud's software manually and then it worked. BUT after a almost a year of having no issues using it, yesterday, I experienced the issue again. My right bud is showing disconnected. Im having a feeling that this product really **bleep**.
