Has any one had any experiences to send their earbuds to Samsung due to crack sounds and one of them doesn't have sounds?
Sent the buds FE back yesterday and got a phone call today said the issues was caused of ear wax????
I was asked to pay $190 to replace the earbuds and I told them this is not acceptable right away as it's still under the warranty.
The earbuds FE has only been used for six months and I cleaned every so often.
I do have a Galaxy buds 2 pro for more than a year and no issues so far.
Isn't earbuds built for protecting from earwax? Otherwise how come earbuds would last long?

If improperly cleaned, you may push the earwax further into the actual audio driver, beyond the ear tips. I just use a soft cloth and wipe around the tip or take the ear tips completely odd and wipe them
