WearablesNot sure if anyone has had the same experience. But has anyone had trouble getting their refunds or replacement for their Samsung pros? Last year I noticed my ears would get crusty after wearing my pros. After filing a complaint they sent me a shipping box with a prepaid label. After sending them in I have not heard once from Samsung. After following up a few times they said I would be reached out but they did do. They did ask me to provide a receipt for my purchase via email which I sent promptly. But to this day crickets.

WearablesSo what happened .Did samsung ever give you a refund for the Buds pro you sent back to them using the prepaid label. I am experiencing the same issue and called Samsung. THey sent me prepaid ups label and box. Im wanted to hear your experience with Samsung before i sent them in

WearablesRecently purchased Samsung S23 Ultra along with Samsung Buds Pro. My ears got severe inflammation, pain and itching for almost one month. Later i found out the real reason behind this problem. Its the Buds pro. I never used it for long time. Still my left ear is have problem. I never had this problem with any other headphones.

WearablesI got my Samsung Buds2 Pro 2 days back.The moment I used them for the first time, within 2 minutes my right ear started aching with burning pain and I could not use them anymore. The ear pain continued through out the evening. Sent complaint to Samsung, got response from Customer support that the concerned team they will do the follow up . But no further response. I just want to get rid of them.

WearablesStill no response from Samsung, except for the usual mail that the matter is already running with the concerned team. I have been requesting action since 22 October 2023. Today is 25 October 2023. I just don't want to even see those earbuds. They might as well just take them and keep my money, if that keeps them in the profit zone. I guess I just paid a lot of money to get stressed. I had convinced my whole family to switch to Samsung from other Androids but I hope they don't force me out of their ecosystem by not resolving such a painful issue. I had not expected this from them. Sad.
