WearablesCheck setting, if all is okay.
Turn off / on the smart watch, whist on wrist, and while connected to the mobile phone for the sync to complete.
Then, wait for at least 2 minutes.
If, does not reset. Then.
It was definitely a faulty sensor.

WearablesHello, I found a solution to this issue that perhaps will help you and others with this problem. I noticed the green light was always on, on my Samsung Watch4 Classic. When I went into the watch settings under Samsung health, I had stress monitoring set to on at all times. If I changed stress monitoring to manual, the green light shut off and stayed off. Perhaps this is your issue as well?

WearablesI guess it could stay on for various reasons. Mine was on because I still had a "workout" on pause cause I never pressed "finish". So it was still identifying a workout in progress. ANNOYING that I had to figure this out. I read a different solution on this forum that said go to health & check if you're stress monitor is continuously on. That didn't work for me but I'm assuming if it did for that person then it must mean the green light issue could be for various reasons. The thing I don't understand is why does Samsung not know how to answer/fix the Green light issues & tell us what could be the problem. We have to figure it out?? I hate the overloaded Samsung watches. the earlier ones were great now they're just ridiculous, not user friendly at all, they're trying to put too much on them so the battery doesn't last at all. So, you have to turn everything off that makes it a smartwatch hence why do we even have a smart watch?! It makes me want to switch my phone & watch to iPhone all together! I have been an avid Android user and I love my phone but the watch , which I need, completely ***!
