Dear Ceo Samsung Malaysian.

I am a Samsung brand user for more than ten years. Here I would like to make a complaint and I hope that your side will take action as soon as possible. I have purchased one of your smart watches for less than a year. However , Smartwatch i bought from your brand and used it for less than a year and already have problems , when I send it to Samsung Service Center to be checked , they say the watch is damaged because there is liquid that has entered the watch, I will be confused because when I first bought the watch, I used the watch a lot for water activities and didn't have any problems before. but two weeks ago the watch ran out of battery and i let it die for a few days without charging it back and when i charged it again it wouldn't work and the screen showed a hot temperature sign. Your side also said that if I want to repair the watch, I have to pay a higher price than the price of the watch. The statement here is that I am no longer able to repair the watch because the price to repair it is more expensive than the price of the watch , I have only used the watch for less than a year!! I hope that Samsung takes immediate action on this feedback and I hope that Samsung reimburses my money because the money I invested in your brand is not worth what I got !!! if I know that your quality so worse , I will choose to buy the Apple brand even I am not interested in the brand, because Samsung has been my and my family's choice since the beginning. if Samsung does not take action. I had to viralize this issue on Media Platform so that other users will not be affected like me and will be wise in choosing a brand to buy electronic goods. For these reasons, I would ask you either to refund the purchase price in full or send me a replacement handset. Looking forward to your immediate response.

the resistance rating on the galaxy watch relies significantly on the specific lab conditions during testing. real life scenario for sure won't reflect the lab conditions at a certain level.

the watch might have been exposed to greater pressure/longer time in the water than what is specced.

now I don't know what to do with the watch , because the price to repair it is expensive compared to the price of that Smartwatch, and also I need to pay the price for the checked even is still under warranty

Got the experience with the screen damage (burn) twice. 1st my watch 4.44mm then bought the watch 5pro just for it durability (sharpie crystal, titanium)but the screen still can burn.maybe its my bad luck after 5 month of heavy used for running .But i'm stll didn't giving up hope due to still under warranty & now i'm still wearing it as usual & hope this time it would last. :)20240103_132118_1000183769_1704259278.jpg
