Hello. Just to give you all possible details on the bug I have experienced after updating to 6.1 and I just noticed it yesterday while travelling.

So. Here's what happened:
I was using my Buds2 Pro while having groceries. The sound is still so, so good. Upon finishing groceries, I removed the buds and placed it on the case. After an hour or so, I put back the buds to my ears. To my surprise, the sound is super terrible. To the point that the music you are listening to is very noisy. The highs are very loud and the lows are going silent.

Here comes the WEIRDEST part - I removed one piece of buds to put back in the case. Suddenly, the remaining buds in my ears sounded GOOD. Literal good. After that, I still removed it and placed all of it in the case. Then after 10 seconds, I placed back the buds to my ears. Sadly, the sound is still terrible.

The only thing I did to resolve TEMPORARILY is to restart the phone and put back the buds again to the case. It was resolved. So I thought it was fixed.

BUT THEN:

When I am travelling to work, the buds sounded terrible, again.

Did you encounter this one? How did you resolve it?

And how can I report it to Samsung for a fix? I hated the sound of it.

Could be a software bug, CarlNino. Do your Buds sound like they're going through a radio filter like it does when you turn ambient sound on during a call?

Nope. The highs are very noisy to the point that the music you are listening to very noisy that you cannot bear to put it in your ears even if the volume is low.

have you tried unpairing it?
or clearing the wearable app cache or data?

Of course you have to pair it again and set up the app so you can use the buds again.

I have the same experience also. The sound became terrible after I received a notification. I'm still on One UI 6.

Same issue here with my S23 Ultra and Galaxy Buds2 pro after the OneUI6.1 update. When switching between other bluetooth headsets/headphones, it either sounds horrible or with no sound output at all. Restarting fixes it, but it's really annoying to even be doing this.

After updating to OneUI6.1 on my Galaxy A54, my buds 2 pro have battery drain issues: the right bud drains the battery so fast that in about 10 minutes, the right bud is dead. I tried resetting; unpairing and repairing but the right bud is dying faster.
