Indian s20 users are facing a huge problem with their s20

1st. More changing time, When this device was launched it used to charge completely around 75 minutes and after an update, it was increased to around 90 minutes and now with this update today THIS IS INCREASED TO AROUND 100 OR 110 minutes. Cheers.
2nd. The SOT which was around 7 hours on normal use on 60hz is now reduced to around 5 hours so let's rejoice.
3rd. The heating issue is resolved now. My s20+ used to heat up too much and then when I put this down this used to calm down after sometimes.  But thanks to Samsung this is not OVERHEATING ANYMORE BUT WAIT NOW it's NOT OVERHEATING RATHER THAN THIS IT STOPPED CALMING DOWN. It's ALWAYS WARM NOW.  LOVE YOU SAMSUNG FOR THIS CONSISTENCY... I am great full. 

 

4th Overheating even when using a camera for just 2 min using live focus.

In India who owns s20 series are facing the above problems, I am requesting Samsung to  kindly solve the problem as In INDIA no moderator is active they just create a false contest in the name of lockdown # stay home challenge but they don't  even bother the problem of the users, 

 

even I faced this same not listen to feedback I own s9  

but I am here for the s20 users 

 

Samsung in India does not listen to the problem  of s20 users at all 

kindly follow the post link and tell Samsung India to resolve those issues 

Samsung India is performing worst in customers service 

 

I did not have any intention to post the problem from Indian server to here but seems Samsung India and its developers aren't listening to the problem of s20 users currently facing kindly  look up those problems, above mentioned there on the link of the post 

 

even they provided the update but users are facing huge problems after the update kindly look up those problems 

 

I am here from India to tell the problem facing by s20 users

You can share device log via [Get help] > [Send feedback] > [Error reports] > [Overheating].

 

It would be great help if you can specify the time and environment where you feel overheat.

 

We will analyze the log and give you the feedback as soon as possible.
