For the guy's black shoes on the left, a hundred. For the road, depends on a lot of factors like climate and average frequency. You also want to factor in the number of lanes and whether or not this is an expressway-compliant road. And you wouldn't build a road without dedicated lanes for bikes and public transportation, would you? You should consider HOV lanes too.
I agree with Shaggyskunk1 you definitely have to duff the wing (maybe a rear roof mount instead of the ugly black supports crossing over the rear hatch window?) but looks wise, probably about $12K for the paint, tires n rims and lowered stance, factor in custom high perf exhaust and a medium performance built motor I'd add another $10K (that's CAN prices easily add near 30% more for USD.
