I'm sorry to hear that. what are the activities that makes your phone heat up? have you tried using your phone in safe mode for an extended period of time for observation?

just browsing facebook/checking emails
i havt yet watching netflix
been observing this phone couple of month

maybe try observing your battery while the phone is in safe mode. see if you'd still experience the issues. maybe try using it in a day in safe mode.
