Meron nabang naka pag update ng sept 1 2021 security patch ditp ng s21 ultra?. Kasi until now wala pa yung akin . Sana meron mag reply.

carrier locked siguro phone mo, mas matagal dating ng updates ng mga carrier locked phones dito sa PH.

dumadaan pa kasi kay carrier ang updates pagka naka carrier locked since may adjustment pa silang ginagawa kaya nalilate unlike pag unlocked, direct from samsung ang updates 😉

Hi sorry i got curious, I was just reading here in the community. What do u mean by carrier locked? I had bought mine in a samsung store but honestly, today lang dumating yung update for sept 1. And I have noticed that everytime there's phone update, I'm like sort of behind ? I'm using the same unit, s21 ultra 5g. Is there any tips/suggestion abt this?

Sept 1 update was released last Sept. 9 .. maybe you've been waiting for it to appear in your notification kaya ngayon lang dumating, you can manually check & download it sa settings under Software Update ..

As for the carrier locked, those are phones that are integrated with telecom companies eg. Smart & Globe and are locked to be using only their carriers data services.

As for your concern and as per the suggestion of your fellow members here, updates get delayed usually when the device is network locked since the update goes through the network provider first before they roll it out to their subscribers. You may though get in touch with your network provider to make a follow-up or check if they have rolled out the latest update for your devices.
