DiscussionI have a ONE day old A53 5g and it is in a constant reboot/ restart cycle. Any solutions to this?

DiscussionHi @dc22, I've replied to your other post regarding this. The next time this occurs, please send through an error report upon restart for this to be looked into.
To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

DiscussionI suggest that you google samsung phone still frozen in safe mode". The answers may not be 100% useful since your phone started its problems in normal mode but worth reviewing. Also google factory rest noting all data you jmported may be lost. See how far you can get if you remove the sim card (if anywhere) and don't access wi-fi. If, very unlikely, you can do something consider turning off updates in Google Play. Tell us what if, or no, progress.
