It's not about vodaphone, but about getting an idea of where software updates are.

As previously mentioned, Optus no longer updates their Android release page and who knows what Telstra did with their site.

All carriers do the same testing, so this is why the Voda site is useful.

Crowdsupport is no longer there an hasn't been since 2019 for telstra. I could try an ask telstra twitter account but I dunno if they'd have any idea or can find out
