Anyone else? JUNE Still have not received pre-order keyboard

I pre-ordered the S8 Ultra tablet on the 3rd of March and still have not received my pre-order keyboard cover. I followed up so many times but no-one is able to advise even the **bleep**. It is extremely frustrating. Is anyone else in the same boat? Or have had a similar experience?

Hi Laura, I wrote E T A i dont know why it got bleeped. Yes the order number is AU220303-67943902. Noone is able to advise when it is going to arrive. It was a preorder made back in March. I couldnt take it on my leave/work and it has been extremely frustrating following up and not being provided with any answers.

That is the same answer I have been receiving since March. Noone ever gets back to you after "escalating" it.
