DiscussionWas the double charge ever resolved? I'm stuck in a similar situation since 23rd Jan and no one is seriously taking a look into why I was charged twice. Endless loop or case manager telling me I've been refunded (yes i have for my device) but not for the addtional charge and empty promises of escalation to finance department and call back (which never eventuate).
I've raised it many times with Samsung directly also and have lodged an official complaint.
Not sure how many more months I'll need to fight this to get my $280 back.
Have also disputed the charge with my bank today - need to attempt all avenues since Samsung / Asurion aren't doing anything about it.
