Hi.

Just trade up S22 Ultra to buy New S24 Ultra.

Trade up value was $525...

They already took money from my account and they will return the money when they receive the device...

I can only check it is NWGO and Trade in status as GRADED.  (No idea why it is NWGO) It was working in good condition when I sent it.

There is no way I can contact asurion.. no email or contact number.

Anyone know how to contact them??? 

This is really bad...

I tried already.

I put inquiry week ago for other reason.

But haven't got any reply.

Because of that I am not able to write anything now.

I can see the status but nothing has been updated since NWGO.

np I had issues with the trade up 2 were I used thr code n cancel the purchase so code was usless

Hi. I'm having a similar issue. Call samsung and report issue and ask them to escalate. Also if asurion have withdrawn money from your account. Call your bank and report fraud as they are not operating legally. Look at online reviews/reports
