Bluetooth headphones wont connect to tv

My Sony Bluetooth headphones and ear plugs cannot be found when I search to connect through bluetooth devices list, so any suggestions on how to connect?

Since they're a Sony product, best to refer to their user manual or website and see that FAQ'S they have relating to pairing with a TV.
