Camera selfie mode not working

Any suggestions why my camera is not working properly. Everytime I turned it into selfie mode,it freeze and then everything is black.

Hi @Riz113p, that's strange. You can try clearing the camera cache. If you tap and hold the Camera app icon > app info > storage > clear data. 

After this, open the app and check if the issue persists. 

If it does, please send us an error report via the Samsung Members app. 

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

Already did. I also reboot the phone,factory reset,reset preferences and still the same.
