Can I change my trade in?

Hi, I traded some headphones on a S23U which i havent received yet but due to a change of circumstances I would now prefer to trade my s21. Is there anyway to change the traded item? 
Fwiw the headphones were $1 value and the S21 $295 so obviously I would need a credit adjustment somehow.

Nobody has answered so far because this is a users' forum and they don't have any authority. Moreover it is unlikely with the small numbers here that they have experiemced this situatiom.

However, many here have had great difficulty with acceptable trade in practices so I suspect you have a snowball's chance in hell of changing. However, that doesn't mean you shouldn't try. The sooner the better in case the process reaches a stage where change becomes impossible under any circumstances.

To get a feel for trade-in problems others have encountered go back to the main Community page and click on the sesrch option, top right, and search for trade-,in/trade in. After that, back at the Community page go to the right bottom, Support, and explore support options.

Your points are fair enough but it seems my post might have been worthwhile as I've had a request from a samsung representative for further info to see if it's possible.
That was the main reason I posted here as I'd seen samsung officials responding to and escalating user problems with asurion

I appreciate your reply. My points were geared to identifying to you the problems others have encounteres, many of whom have had a similar reply fromSamsung moderators like SamsungClaudette. She does an excellent job at opening up a channel of support. The question is whether the outcome is satisfactory. We never get feedback.
