Hi. I've emailed the CEO office in Australia 3 times but after 8 weeks they are still ignoring me. I know the emails were received as I got the automated reply. I've tried the Australian Samsung helpline to ask for other contact details but the staff say they do not have any. The helpline staff also say they do not employ staff to handle complaints, only to deal with device's technical problems. I've searched Google and sent random emails to any sites that might have contact details eg sales or investors, but have had no luck . Has anyone managed to find contact details for the Korean CEO's office or found a phone number for the Australian CEO's office? I read lots of comments that people in Australia who have complaints about Samsung products are just ignored and I find it hard to believe that this is a Samsung value! Thanks for reading this and any advice would be much appreciated, Hazel.

If it is about a phone have you also gone to the TIO or your State's Fair Trading department.
You could try and identify the best physical address in the options for Samsung Australia found in ABN Lookup web search but these are usually legal addresses not head office. Have you Googled "Samsung International Head Office? I haven't looked at whether the following gets anything useful, look up Dunn and Bradstreet for Samsung Australia. To be cheeky if you find if any Australian Stock Exchange lists them you could write to the Secretary of that exchange, copy to Samsung Australia, asking if Samsung is still operating in Australia given their failure to respond. Not much use but write to Choice with details of your complaint, again copying to Samsung Australia. Write to the lower levels first, as many as possible wait a couple of days, write to the next level, do the same, advising of lower level failure to respond, wait then up again, again on failure to reply on previous emails

It is about the watch 5, I have complained that it does not do as advertised. I googled Samsung International Head Office, as suggested and will try that email address- thanks! I looked at Rocketreach before and thought they were just guessing at email addresses as the site said things like 15% likely to be correct so I didn't try any of theirs.

Can you imagine how many emails a CEO of a company like Samsung gets? It will never even be seen by them, spam filters, allowed sender lists etc would all be enforced on the mailbox not to mention EA's cleaning out stuff that slips through the cracks.

Contact the TIO or Dept of Fair Trading.

In Singapore, you can email the CEO's office.

Bottom here https://www.samsung.com/sg/support/contact/

Direct link: https://contactus.samsung.com/customer/contactus/formmail/mail/MailQuestionGeneralNew.jsp?siteId=725...

Mostly used if you want to escalate an issue. Have a friend in Singapore who used that to escalate her S20Ultra green screen issue. Samsung support insists it's not covered by warranty and they want her to pay. It's been going back and forth I think for a month. So she emailed the CEO's office and it was resolved within a week. Someone from the office I think emailed her back stating it will covered by warranty. 😅

Maybe that's what OP is looking for. Not sure though if that exists here in Australia as I cannot see that in the AU website.

Thanks Nok. I've been using that form with the link to the Australian office and they're ignoring me- sounds like Singapore Samsung are much better than Oz and I'm glad your friend got her S20 sorted.

Hello @Members_8tRffTh

I am very sorry to hear that you are having an issue reaching us. Could you please tell me what the issue is and I will personally send it to the correct department to follow up on this issue and they will inform you on how we will proceed.

Kind regards,

Hi Samsungclaudette. The issue is the Australian CEO office won't reply to my emails and that  nobody will give me a number so I can ring them. The emails I have sent are in the name Hazel Keating, perhaps you could speak with the CEO office to find out what is going on and why after 8 weeks, I still have had no response? After my first 2 emails were ignored, I rang the Samsung helpline and the staff member sent a follow up email to the Oz CEO office to say that I was still waiting for a response! That was about 4 weeks ago so they are ignoring the staff member too!

Hi Samsungclaudette. Did you get my message above? Where you able to find out anything? Although I still had not received any communication from the CEO office about my complaint,  I received an email from the CEO office's Dennis Mercuri a couple of days after I posted on this site. He wrote 'this case has now been closed.' but gave no explanation of why or any other details. So after 3 months of trying  and failing to contact the CEO office, I have been told my complaint has been closed. Can they truly be this incompetent? Surely they just continuing to ignore me? How can they treat customers like this?
