Disappointed, from loyal lover to frustrated foe

I have been a loyal lover Samsung for many years,  I ditched the iPhone after the one one only I owed an iPhone 3, so some time ago. I saved big to get the new top of the range smart 3d TV (3d pointless and pre Netflix apps but still smartish) that's picture is good quaily and still going strong and so were my S5 S7 S9+ before stolen (used them over seas etc) but I have never been so disappointed as I am with my last 5 purchases. Note10 best of them all, but also stolen (had all stolen at once) but the battery was shocking and starting to over heat and many issues. 

My Samsung add front 11kg smartish washer, leaking from barrel and the front ad door cracked and cannot see reasoning for it and now seal not sealing. I look after it and it is barley used, as was intended for more people but just myself. Annoying as not that old and like it is falling apart. 

So.excited when I got the Z Fold 2 only for it to be a disappointment and 3 looks substantially better but this isn't my complaint. The phone I got was so poorly made, only last couple of weeks, case and all. See the screen on the front wrapped at the top of the screen. Never left out in the sun and no reason or anything ibdid to cause it. But created a mm thin gap which allowed forgine substances detbri into the phone case and then suddenly the whole large inner screen was like ink had spilt ans watched it all go black. I never dropped it or did anything to case this strange thing to happen. I brought it back, and told ware ans tare my fault, touch luck, any screen damaged not covered in warranty blah blah. Like for 3k phone one would think it would be able to sustain and function when being used in the course of its primary function of being a smart phone. No extreme heat exposure or cold, no water, no excessive dust, not dropped or alike and told nah they won't take it back when the screen is clearly faulty and poorly made and/or fitted. Could still use the front screen dispite it being the original wrapped one, though device constantly over heating and if wanted a super think skiny smart phone wouldn't have purchased a fold. 

Got a Samsung s20ulta love it, and then I didn't. Battery issues from get go. No aps seen to cause the issues ajs even back ground app and alike managed well, but phone slowwed and begain to loose battery extremely quickly, each day significantly less battery life. 
Then the phone began to start just randomly no matter if fully charged or not, but restarting itself, not while using it say writing this or a game or whatever while it is being used, focused and interacting with. But moment look away for 1min the phone would restart leaving nothing saved and the notification prior would not pop up again as reminder of unread notification, if before the restart all gone. This began happen constantly that my phone would finally be fully charged bit within the hour would have restarted 30times (not joking) in roughly an house and the overheating began which is insane so hot can't hold it and Def not use it. The phone I loved, rendered useless. Went to optus as purchased from them, they said they would send it off, but no offer of a phone or use or any details, I was informed that unlikely it will be replaced for new handset as nearly 1year now, had problem for 8months was given an S9, ptsd amongst other issues makes shopping centres difficult therefore haven't brought it back and was unwell, when within warranty told battery issue Samsung won't replace and I can use my insurance to pay for the required repairs. I'm broke and I also didnt break the phone. What a joke. 

Lastly my lovely Series 6 65" 4k TV. 
Amazing TV love it, except the stupid one connect. Great ports are outside the TV separate easy access for shortest like myself who always struggled to reach to put a hdmi in as trouble reaching. Many pros. But what's with the price tag, $400 plus for a poorly produced black thin hard plastic box with a few ports in it and a special cable.okay cool come with the TV. What they don't tell you that the box is so poorly made that it will suddenly stop working, so you think that would he okay most things are wireless these days, rarely use use, hdmi, auto etc anyway, so this broken thing I can just put aside and keep using the TV as it is, as that hardware doesn't change the functions of all the software or steaming or playing music etc. Everything is wireless but that doesn't matter as for some strange reason it is programmed that the box needs to be connected for the TV to work, rendering the whole TV useless. Just a **bleep** screen and picture saying plug it in, despite not needing a single one of those ports to so what I want to do and watch the TV. Over $400 to get a new box I will rarely or never use, to use the TV functions that do not require the box. It's insane. Think could alter the software, or by pass whatever is preventing it. 
So over 4k TV taking up my whole lounge room I haven't even able to use or enjoy for near 8 to 9 months. Spoke to Samsung, told to replace the box myself at own expense, and cable that's another 100 to 200!!! why should I have to purchase another literally useless box when it is faulty. I have heard I am not alone in this. 
What a bloody joke, bizarre it isn't an optional function and the ßtupidist thing you (Samsung) have done in my eyes. No one can believe it. You are giving yourself such poor word of mouth reviews. 

So I loved you, many many phone, tablets, chromebook, and TV. To having 4 major phone and appliance be faulty not work correctly and you had good customer service prior. When S9Plus over heating instantly exchanged it for me. 
So
1. Washing machine leaks and other issues. 
2. Z fold 2 loved, screen broken you and jbhifi said no exchanging it, which I nor anyone else can understand. 
3. Note Ulta 20, still in warranty. I didn't make the battery or damage it or cause the restarts. Need a good working phone, but as avoid shops and crowds covid ptsd etc isolation have not been able to get it sorted. 
And lastly 4. TV One Connect, I cannot afford a new one nor should I have to purchase one, make them more robust if they are going to be required to enable TV funcunaility and functions that do not require said ports. I live alone, it's lonely no TV and covid now working from home. I need a new one connect box ans yes everything has been troubleshooter. 

So I loved you, adored you Samsung. Praise praise all the time. 
Now, 4 big ticket items, I do not think I will ever purchase another Samsung item if I can help it, excluding any workplace order and alike.


More then disappointed heart broken.

Maybe I can convince you to get the s22. I've had the phone for a day, it's beautiful. Maybe you should get in contact with samsung about your enquiries 👍

Could you clarify the device model you own and whether you've had this looked at by our technicians?

Did you send your device in for an inspection with our service centres? If so, please send through a direct message with the following details so that I may investigate your service interaction.

3. S20 Ultra / Note20 Ultra (you mentioned both). 

Regarding your battery issues, I suggest sending an error report via the Samsung Members app for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further. 

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > Battery > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

4. Q6 and One Connect box.
