DiscussionDoes anyone know why I am not able to download/open a powerpoint (pptx. file) that is only 10.4mb in the email app? I can't find any settings that would stop the downloading of an attachment this size.

I used to have problems with downloading attachments in emails with Microsoft apps. Try alternatives like right clicking and using save as, or copy. If using gmail try logging on through the browser or copying there. Do you have the Microsoft 365 app loaded? If still having problems opening when downloaded, load Libre or Open Office, ppen one of those and openinv from within that app. Note 365 does not have full functionallity. So problems with excel and possibly power point. Also try opening by using browser and using Google Slides.

Think this is a limitation of the way Samsung email accessesess your email account (IMAP? Or API🤷)
Your native app or web portal should be able to do the trick or at least save directly to cloud storage to access via 'my files ' app.
