Extremely dissatisfied with Samsung

Hi everyone, 

As you know, I am deeply disappointed with Samsung because they're literally leaving my Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra WiFi and Galaxy Watch 4 behind on security patches.

Unfortunately this situation won't be resolved and their promise to give 5 years security patches is appealing and they're not really honest with it at all. 

I am not here to criticise Samsung, I just want to express my disappointment with them as I expect more out of Samsung in this regard.

Sorry to say that my next upgrade won't be a Samsung

When was your last update for your Tab S8 Ultra?

My Tab S8+ has been consistently getting updates every month or so.

My tab was last updated on November
Mine is the WiFi version - X900 with CSC XSP (Singapore)

I wonder if that's the issue since different regions release updates at different times. 

My Tab S8+ is from Australia and its currently on Dec Security Patch. 
From what I heard, another patch should be on its way really soon too.

As per your previous posts, the watch and s8 tabs got an update in December. January is a write off as most companies are off until mid Jan, sometimes later.

The watch 5 just had an update, and I'd imagine the watch 4 will have an update soon.

Had the original galaxy watch (with 4 -5 days battery life!) And that got updated randomly about 4 years after release. That's nuts.

If I'm not wrong, the Tab S8 series are on quarterly update, not monthly.
Same as the Tab S6 and S7 series.
