From iPHONE to S22 ULTRA

Wanted to change from iphone and chose S22 

1 month in and im Umming and Ahhing

It has potential to be an AWESOME phone but

Im not a fan of the pre-loaded apps on board

You cant Un- install them and disabling is a mission

And why do i have allow camera access if i want to send a text message

I have been looking for an Alternative Operating System and 'ROOT' option 

If anyone has done the root option do fill me in on how you went about it

S-PEN - ISSUES started to notice (29/04/22) it doesnt work when trying dial keypad or when trying to select an app

PRE - ORDER - STILL waiting for my prize that doesnt EXIST - spoke to samsung and claimed the Galaxy Buds but naaaaafing yet

I called about seeing whats the go about claiming the prize 

 samsung said that there is nothing on there end about me claiming anything

Holla at me if youve have had similar issues

There are quite a few comments on this forum about poor sales follow up on rewards. SamsungLaura's advice on how to follow up appears in some of them. When looking for alternative apps use Google and start with "Best android apps for ...". Sadly, in my opinion, Samsung Australia needs to up its game in both Sales followup and Service".

Hi @Zenayze, in regard to your S pen issues, can you try:

Settings > Advanced features > S Pen > Air actions > More options (3 dots) > Reset S Pen.

In regard to your bonus gifts, did you have a redemption claim number that I may look into?
