Have you ever downloaded a Play System Update and a blue "Files" folder has appeared in your apps?
This can mean that there is a problem with possible corrupted files on your phone and you may need to take it to a service agent to sort out any incomplete, damaged or missing files.
This doesn't necessarily mean there is malware installed on your phone. But it can do.
Quite often it is corrupted image, video or pdf files.
But being a play system update, its more than likely files in the core operating system.
