I've been told that the members app is where you'll find the option to opt in for new beta android software, but despite having galaxy ultras for the past three generations I have never seen that option available. Am I doing something wrong or what?
Just adding onto what @alejcho has mentioned above.
Unfortunately, the One UI Beta program is only available within select countries and is not available within Australia at this time, therefore you will not be able to access it via our Samsung Members AU website/app.
Samsung runs the beta in 7 or 8 countries, and these cover all world models.
At the Unpacked event back in January, this question was asked, as other countries with a bigger market than us, also do not have access. Basically, Samsung cannot justify the expense of a global roll out.
