Incorrect charges made by samsung and no resolution for 4+ months

looking for advice,

I purchased S24 ultra and traded-in s22 ultra. The device has been received at samsung facility on 12/20/2024, however samsung charged me 730 USD for not trading in device. After speaking to multiple support members, everyone just opened a case and assured me that case is escalated to correct teams, and that I will be getting refund in 24 to 48 hours etc.

It has been 4+ months, yet there is no resolution to the issue. Is there any way i can escalate this beyond customer service?

I also got a Samsung galaxy s24 ultra on a plan and it stated that if u got this you would receive a pair of 300 dollar ear buds from the Samsung app free what a joke I'm still waiting 6 months later

@bhavya96 Since you've quoted USD, can I assume you're from America?
