Latest update stopped the ability for the Power Button to turn off phone???

Why has the latest phone update stopped the power button ability to turn off the phone. Really stupid and the alternative is such a muck around...

You can change that in settings. Search for side button in settings and follow prompts.

Go to settings> advance features > side buttons > long press

I was also a little annoyed when I found out, but then I realised I hardly ever turn off my device 😂
