I have had a 4k 144hz hdmi 2.1 monitor and it works all good with VRR and 144hz in my Windows 3090 desktop. For the Odessey Ark, PS5 works properly with VRR and up to 120hz(that's PS5 limitation). But in windows, I cannot open VRR and can only set the refresh rate up to 120hz.No 144 or 165hz options in Nvidia or windows graphic settings. No VRR options in windows, in the TV settings it is grey and disabled.I have tried OneConnect ports 1 and 2, none can work. I also tried the Ark cable and my own HDMI 2.1 cable, but all failed. Also updated the TV system version to the latest 1012.

Latest progress: Can enable 165hz in 21:9 game bar screen ratio setting.  Can open VRR control in picture settings. Game bar VRR status is always off. windows VRR option only appeared when the first time switched to 21:9 ratio. And disappeared forever.

Hi @forrestLin, can you try: the following steps:

13840x2160@165Hz is not output when connecting a PC.
The optimal and recommended resolutions are 3840 x 2160 at 165 Hz. If you cannot set 3840 x 2160 165 Hz resolution, turn on the Game Mode.

Home > Menu > Settings > All settings > Game > Game Mode

  • Game Mode: ON → Native resolution is 3840x2160@165Hz
  • Game Mode: OFF, Input Signal Plus: ON → Native resolution is 3840x2160@120Hz
  • Game Mode: OFF, Input Signal Plus: OFF → Native resolution is 3840x2160@30Hz
