We are not happy that none of us have received the One UI 7 update. It's honestly a joke at this point, and the lack of transparency from your side is incredibly frustrating.

As loyal Samsung users, we expect better communication and consistency—especially when it comes to major software updates. This experience has really made us question our loyalty to the brand. If this is how updates are going to be handled going forward, then next year, when I upgrade from my S24 Ultra, I’ll seriously be considering another manufacturer—one that actually delivers on time and keeps their customers informed.

You can do better. And we expect better.

I contacted optus and they have agreed to swap my device due to Samsung not providing the service expected for a flagship device and security concerns due to being close to 7 months late with android 15. Speak to your telco, see what they can offer
