Order waiting for approval Australia

Ordered on the 27th February. Order is still on waiting for approval, yet site says should only be 24hrs. Which should have been approved by 28th 11:16am. 

Anyone else having this issue in Australia...??

Ordered a s24+ blue sapphire that said would be shipped from the 4th Mar+... 

But wondering why it's stuck on awaiting on approval??

That's the usual flow. It would change within 4 working days and progress to next phases.

Reading so many of the issues people are having has me a bit on edge too. 

But technically today would count as the 4th business day. So day of estimated start shipping I should see something change??

I ordered an s24+ on 26th feb, payment was taken out of bank on that day and i am still awaiting approval. Support email, chat and phone call all just take me through loops and i just get told payment wont be taken until approval which is false, and in 7-10 days a case manager will be assigned. I fail to see how that is an escalation from an order that should arrive in the week

Same. However after contacting them further I also found out if you didn't receive a confirmation after day 2. That your order will get cancelled. Still waiting for email that they said would be sent to me about all this week. 

The call I made also said it was an identity issue of some sort. ♀️

Same thing here. Ordered on 28th Feb, delivery is set to be in 3 days, however order is still awating approval.

Me too ordered on 28th feb still waiting for approval. Contacted customer service but they have given time frame of 7-10 business days it's ridiculous
