🔆🔆Update ‼️ Now I got some refund from Samsung (after 70 days of purchase), so I'm very appreciated that Samsung didn't ignore me.😍💕


I bought S23 Ultra on Samsung shop application and redeem all vouchers and trand-in bonus, price at the checkout shown $1099.60 but after payment on PayPal the receipt becomes $1,294 😠 I'm very disappointed, has anyone else got issues with Samsung shop application this is first time I used this app.

It may be that some vouchers cannot be accumulated.

That's an awful UX if that is the case. A user should be warned prior to paying. 

If that is intentional, that should be reported to Fair Trading(or equivalent regulatory body).

What's showing in your order page and invoice? You can see in order page what vouchers were used in your order.

I had the same thing happen to me. The total was higher after placing an order.

Samsung were impossible to contact. In the end, I gave up and bought an alternative device. 

It's a shame that dealing with Samsung directly has been so awful. I am now rethinking any Samsung devices. For example, I was going to get some tracking tags but will now wait to see what Google does or hold off completely.

I remain hopeful that Samsung will improve but it is highly unlikely. They don't seem to care and the other complaints that i've read show shocking service. For example, they sent out a faulty soundbar to another customer. 

They were the most complained about company in the first half of this year in NSW.

I feel like they just ignore me I tried to call and email them a few times, the reply just said "investigation is still ongoing"
