In case you aren't aware as you didn't state above, you need to wait up to 7 days after validation has been confirmed by Samsung. However there are some people reporting they are still waiting after 10 or more days. I'd get in contact with Samsung Support after 7 days if you haven't already.

Yeh I couldn't get the promo sites to work . I rang customer service they said they were getting a lot of complaints. I even spoke online to people then the bot told ne to make sure I had the latest version of Java and I had a notification 6months ago from Java saying they no longer support Java any more but I went to the sites & it's still th r re so I redownloaded it & it worked but still no code & tomorrow is day 7 for me so I will find out later today coz it's 5am now
