I just downloaded the ui7 update and ever since I haven't been able to take screenshots or screen recordings. Whenever I try to take screenshots, it says this app doesn't allow screenshots and Whenever I try to take screen recordings it says smth about security not letting me take it. It's really annoying and I can't figure out exactly what app is doing all this. Has this happened to anyone else???

Try Settings > Advanced features > Screenshots and screen recordings > scroll to bottom > click About Samsung Capture > click the i top right of the screen > check if all permissions were set, even the "Appear on top" and "Change system settings" below

Oh yes, that's a great idea! I'm not sure if it will be the same for everyone else, but for me, it happened because of a third-party app. To check if this is the case for you to, go to safe mode and try screenshot/ screen record. If it works, it means a third-party app is at fault, and just try deleting the latest one or few you downloaded (I just deleted all the stupid games I'd downloaded). If it still doesn't work, even in safe mode, you'll have to call samsung and find a solution through them. Hope that helps! 😊
