I recently tried to purchase a Samsung Device, which was on promotion. I had redeem my Rewards points to purchase the device but later to make changes on the device color I removed the item from my cart. With the item my redeem points were taken off from my account. Reported to samsung support (on October 5). The support team suggested they will take 7-10 days to resolve the issue (which is already a long duration to resolve this simple issue). However, i waited patiently hoping the problem to be solved, but still haven't heard from the samsung support. 

Is it a issue faced by anyone else ?

I have had issues with losing a coupon and being charged more after payment. Based on this experience, I would hypothesise that Samsung's checkout process has issues with points and coupons and when they are deducted. This probably doesn't affect users who take the happy path and checkout straight away.

Sadly, Samsung have been pretty hopeless when I have got in contact with them about the issue. I was advised that someone would be in touch within 24 hours in a chat.
