DiscussionI have had issues with losing a coupon and being charged more after payment. Based on this experience, I would hypothesise that Samsung's checkout process has issues with points and coupons and when they are deducted. This probably doesn't affect users who take the happy path and checkout straight away.
Sadly, Samsung have been pretty hopeless when I have got in contact with them about the issue. I was advised that someone would be in touch within 24 hours in a chat.
