Good afternoon. My s pen works on my friends note 10 air command. But on mine, not working. Would someone know why? Thanks

Hi @GavOz try looking in Settings, Advanced Features, S Pen.
There's a whole range of things you can adjust, enable or disable, including Air Command.

Thanks for the reply. I tried all that, reset etc. Still nothing. Just factory reset phone to see if helps. Still the same. Oh dear.

Ouch, factory reset is painful.
In that case, definately send through and error report via the Samsung Members app.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.

Hi @GavOz, do you have the below enabled?

Settings > Advanced features > S Pen > Air actions > On

If you do and the issue persists, I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated. Error reports are sent to our team to identify any deviations in your device performance, once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further. 

To send an error report:

Samsung Members > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘send system log data’ > Send in top right.
