Getting a tad frustrated with the process to cancel my online order. I've tried emailing online support with no response, tried via live chat but was redirected to contact e-commerce support. It had taken me 3 days to just grab hold of someone to speak with to cancel my order. The team member told me they have started the process and that someone would contact me on the same day regarding the cancellation process. Never received that phone call back and I'm still waiting.
