My online order has been stuck on 'preparing dispatch' since the 23rd.
I am finding it impossible to get into contact with anyone who can help me with an **bleep**.
When somebody finally answered the Smartcall it was to tell me Ecomm was having technical difficulties.
Is there a better contact than the phone number or
online.store@samsung.com/onlinesupport@samsung.com emails?

Same happened to me, don’t waste your time, ask for refund.... Ihave been calling them last 1 month everyday but could get hold of them 4 times and still they couldn’t solve the issue as they always say ' we are creating a request to send it asap' total waste of time
