Promo code not working after order cancelled

We ordered a Z flip 4 and Galaxy watch 5 from the samsung store for optus employees on 5th September. After numerous calls and emails with samsung, and waiting 8 days for the order to process/approve, it was cancelled because samsung was having trouble approving it (13/09). 

We were told to place another order again but since we used promo codes for both, they were invalid. Samsung said to wait 2-8 business days for the code to be valid again. Today is the 7th day and the code is still invalid.

Can anyone please help with this ordeal, Samsung customer service is terrible, in total we have been waiting 16 days just to place an order.

Customer care and all my experience with Samsung has been disgusting. Unbelievable. Not sure if you can get any help from here, sorry.

Please send an email to onlinesupport@samsung.com with you details for this to be looked into.

Subject: E-Store promo code

Details:

Name, phone number, address, order number, promo code.

Hello @SamsungLaura,
We have sent multiple emails to onlinesupport@samsung.com and they last replied on 21st September saying to wait 2-10 business days. It has now been 20 days and we still have not gotten any response from Samsung regarding the invalid promo code.

Was this ever resolved? My partner is going through the same issue and customer service are being extremely unhelpful.

Unfortunately it wasn't, the promo code ended up expiring and we ended up not buying anything. Samsung has probably the worst customer support but I encourage you to keep on trying.
