Clicking the checkout page redirects to the offers home page. Some offers end today and I cant even view my cart to checkout. Service support's unable to help even after an hour of call.

Check if you can order through the web portal. However if you are a new shop app user you might lose the $100. Also make sure the items in your shop arem't added. It took some considerable time fixing my problem leading into 2 hours of excellent help support the next day. Best of luck. Make sure there are funds in your account.

I actually asked the customer support regarding this as well, I said that I won't be able to avail of the 10% discount if buying via the web, they did say they could give a voucher code. But sadly, the web also has the issue of inaccessible checkout page.

I was told by support that they could provide a voucher code. I reached out to the community rep here, emailed support, used live chat, and contacted a Samsung employee on another forum.

Still no response. Chances are if you have issues, you're out of luck unless you want to pay full price.

Hey, thanks anyway. It's been 3 weeks since I emailed you. There's been zero meaningful response from Samsung in the month since the issue despite reaching out through 5 different channels!

I gave up on Samsung and bought an alternative product from a different brand.

Have you tried clearing the app cache or deleting the app and reinstalling it?
