I have a S22 Ultra and for about the last month when I turn the screen on a random app has opened on the screen that I haven't opened myself.  One time it will be my gallery, the next it's my wallet. I have tried deleting the app but then another one starts to randomly open. I have the phone in a case and I am not accidently touching the edge of the phone when I turn the screen on.  I have also put the screen timeout on the minimum in case the screen was being accidently bumped. It doesn't happen every time I turn the screen on but it seems to occur when the screen has been turned off for a while. I have always had Samsung phones and this is the first time it's happened.  I know I will be told to wipe the phone and start again but I do not want to do this as I do not have a spare phone to transfer my data to and put back on after the restart. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks

Hi @Kazza68, that's strange. it sounds like you may be having ghost touches on your device. (Not a literal ghost). Do you have a screen protector or any damage on your device that may be causing this?

I suggest sending an error report within 2-3 minutes of the issue occurring for this to be investigated by our research and development team. Error reports assist with identifying any deviations in your device performance. Once analysed, our team will get back to you with a response to advise further steps.

To send an error report:
Samsung Members app > Get help > Error reports > select issue category > Describe issue and frequency > Tick ‘Send system log data’ > ‘Send’ in top right.

Hi @A-Lien, that's odd. Please send through an error report as mentioned above for this to be looked into.
