I've been attempting to refund my Galaxy Pro Buds per the 30 day change of mind policy.
Its been over 30 days since my initial request and no one at the service centre is able to facilitate the refund due to an error keeping its status as shipped and not delivered.
All they can offer are escalation emails to 'Back office' who they state they have no direct contact with. But they have sent 3 emails now with no response or acknowledgement from 'Back office'.
Also every Australian Samsung store I've attempted to ring never answers.
Is anyone aware of any other phone number, actions or recourse I can take?
