I cannot get hold of anyone to help with orders at Samsung.  Tried live chat (timed out), Phone (no answer).  It is terrible.  I ordered Buds2 on the 19th of Sept for express delivery.  I was told it would be 1-2 days delivery.  I understand and accept that COVID in Australia has slowed deliveries and I'm ok with that, but Samsung continue to advertise and promote 1-2 days delivery.  I know because when I got through to sales (they only answer sales calls) they confirmed 1-2 days delivery.  I did this three times and three agents confirmed 1-2 days.  So on the 27th, no sign of the buds, no update email no one to answer a query.  How long will I be waiting?  Who knows.  Samsung have really got a long way to go to be a reliable and trustworthy brand in Australia. They know that COVID is slowing deliveries but choose not to say anything about it to their customers.
