This **bleep** zflip 3 is broken yet again ! I had the screen protector replaced for the 2nd time on April 21st 2 days later this piece of junk is getting hot 
Yesterday it decides it won't work unless it's on charge !!!!!! 
Battery says 100% but within 10 mins of taking it off charge **bleep** it's DEAD ! 
SERIOUSLY SAMSUNG! you need to be held accountable for this ! I've never had so much trouble with a phone as I have this piece of rubbish!!!! I'm calling consumer protection YET AGAIN! Unless you sort this out

Based on what you've described, I recommend for you to head into your nearest authorised service centre with your proof of purchase so that we can take a closer look into this. Please be aware that due to our Privacy Policy, your device may be factory reset before being assessed. I highly recommend backing up your device via Smart Switch, OneDrive and/or Google to ensure none of your data is lost.

Feel your pain. My zflip3 has the same issues with a cracked protector screen for a second time. Screen also doesn't open when I flip the phone out or the screen continually goes black while I'm using it. Yet another trip to the repairer and all the hassle that goes with it.

Mine can no longer be used as a flip phone 🤬 if I close it it just goes black and turns off and you can't turn it back on unless it's on charge even though the battery is at almost 100%
The screen protector has been changed twice through their authorised service repair provider that's when I could no longer use it as a flip phone so **bleep** and I feel Samsung really need to be held accountable! Consumer protection need to jump on Samsung for selling something that is really not a satisfactory product
