Icon pack

I just used Good Lock to make this touchwoz icon pack, and I kinda wanna use it now for a bit. Also, if anyone knows how to, how do you publish this to the galaxy store, if I want to.

Samsung actually has info on designing themes etc as well as becoming a Samsung Theme Partner.

You can find the info in the link below, hopefully it's helpful to you.
I don't believe you can publish icon packs made with Good Lock though.
