I ordered a s23 through the trade up program on the 9th September and my order is still waiting for approval. Has anyone dealt with this sort of issue before and found a way to get pass this stage?
I've contacted samsung numerous times but they always say they will escalate this and put it as a priority but there isn't any resolution.
